It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold: when it is summer in the light, and winter in the shade.
~Charles Dickens, Great Expectations
I know its no longer March but apparently that doesn't matter! That wind was cold this afternoon! Brrr .... However, the sun is still shining, the snow is still melting and cuteness abounds in the spring time, especially when there are new babies! Meet 'Bob!' Yes, the boys have deemed bull calf #406, 'Bob!' Why 'Bob?' I am not sure ... but 'Bob' it is!
SOOOOooooo darn SWEET Terri!!
ReplyDeleteI love hereford babies!!!! So excited to be rebuilding our herd!
DeleteVery cute! For some reason, kids seem to pick Bob as a name. For years this has been a pattern for students to have Bob as a character in their stories, regardless of the age group. Funny huh?
ReplyDeleteWe had warm sun and cold wind too!
Perhaps because it's an easy name to say and spell! LOL! PLEASE ... you can keep that cold wind in the south! :)
DeleteThanks Ryley and Brady from Grandpa Bob, very neat looking calf have fun watching him grow big and strong.
ReplyDeleteSorry to bust your bubble Grandpa ... the boys didn't say they named the calf after you!!! LOL!
