Evening Sun Bathing

As the sun finally drenched the evening landscape with rays of warmth, this dragon fly took advantage of those warm rays and bathed in delight.  He sat for the longest time, fluttering his wings and then resting in the days final light!

There are many signs that Autum is on its way yet there is still a bundle of summer activity being carried out by Mother Nature's insects of the world!  I rather enjoy the dragonflies, damselflies, bees, and ladybugs of the world ...

... its those darn black flies and mosquitoes that I am ready to do without!
