An Icy Start to November

Wow, how did November get here?  Hmm ... I guess it doesn't really matter as it's here to stay (at least until December!).  It certainly didn't arrive bringing the sunshine but instead brought more freezing rain and fog!  On the upside of that, at least it brought some beautiful hoar frost and ice crystals!  Yes, on days like today, there is "no shade, no shine, no butterflies, no bees," but November can at times be 'the diamond in the rough!'
